I am constantly looking for new ways to make my daughters meals even more nutritious.  So far her toddler kegemaranes seem to be cheerios, fruit, pastas, ice pops and meatballs.  If I would allow it I am sure she would eat fruit, pasta and Cheerios all day.  As a mom I feel a lot of responsibility for what my family is eating, so I started to work with what is in front of me (what she actually likes).  I started creating ice pops packed with delicious and nutritious fruit and yogurt to make her snacks healthier. Picking party food is tough for any occassion, but when you gather your closest friends and family you really want them to enjoy themselves.  My 'crew' is pretty laid back.  It's all about the company with us.  But, lets say we are never hurting in the food department.  Finger food is the perfect dinner for our parties. This Restaurant-Style Garden Fresh Salsa is absolutely my kesukaane fresh salsa ever! This easy recipe is made with fresh vegetables and a secret ingredient to give it a a deeper flavor that truly makes it amazing. It is an incredibly simple salsa with little chopping. Just toss all the ingredients in your food processor and pulse until it reaches your desired consistency. Salsa is a staple here in the Southwest. This is my kesukaane kind.
