Happy Thursday and welcome to Ladies Night at !  We are celebrating this Ladies Night with a seasonal specialty cocktail.  Pomegranate lends incredible flavor and color to any cocktail.  It has long been known for its exquisite beauty, flavor and heath benefits.  In this martini the pomegranate is the star, a little sweet, a little tart, a little healthy and A LOT FABULOUS!!!  Pomegranate Martini 1 oz Absolut vodka 1/2 oz Grand Marnier (orange liqueur) 3 oz pomegranate juice Combine ingredients in a cocktail shaker 1/4 filled with chopped ice.   Happy Thursday and Happy December!  I can't believe it is already December 1st.  Where did the Fall go?  We have been so busy with Mr W's business that when am I finally able to pop my head out of Santa's Workshop for a moment it is only 3 1/2 weeks until Christmas.  Oh my, there is so much to do and as I said we are so busy.  Our annual Christmas party is this Saturday and Mr W has been working on some Christmas cocktails.  This one is a front runner for the party, with a delicious flavor and incredible creaminess it is amazing! Happy Thursday and welcome to Ladies Night at .  In gaji of the New York Giants playing in the Super Bowl this Sunday, we are serving a New York Cocktail!  Go GIANTS!!! Get a taste of the Big Apple right from your living room with this whiskey and lemon cocktail.  The New York Cocktail is thick and sweet, a perfect pairing with fruit and chocolate.  Mix this cocktail with a premium Canadian whiskey for the most flavorful drink.  Premium Canadian whiskey is a light blended whiskey that's not too sweet, nor too robust. Enjoy the game!!! New York Cocktail 2 oz Makers Mark whiskey 1 oz lemon juice 1 tsp superfine sugar 1/2 tsp grenadine lemon twist for garnish Pour the ingredients into a cocktail shaker with ice cubes. Shake well. I can't believe its March already.  Only 16 days until Saint Patricks Day.  Mr. W seems to always know when it is March, he goes crazy over these McDonald's Shamrock Shakes (well until they changed the formula).  Anyway, he and I have developed our own versions of the Shamrock Shake. This is Chad's adult version of the Shamrock shake.  I will share mine very soon! Recipe adapted from several recipes found on the web Shamrock Shake Cocktail 1 ounce Absolut vodka 2 ounces Creme de Menthe (this is where the gorgeous green color comes from) 2 scoops vanilla ice cream Combine ice cream, vodka and creme de menthe in blender.  Blend until mixture is thick and pourable.  Pour in a large glass and serve with a straw. It's Ladies Night Slow Roasters!  Tonight we are bringing a carnival kesukaane home in an incredible cocktail.  This mouthwatering pink cotton candy martini is the perfect summer drink. The scent of the cotton candy stand at the fair can just about lift you up and carry you across the fairgrounds and deliver you to the heavenly cloud of spun sugar in pink and blue.  The mere sight of cotton candy gives me butterflies. Chad has taken a summer carnival treat; Cotton Candy, and transformed it into a martini like you have never tasted before. I could probably do an entire cookie month with all the cookies I am wanting to bake. Chad the creative and wonderful cocktail artist that he is, designed this fabulous Chocolate Caramel Cookie Cocktail just to satisfy my cookie cravings.  He served these up in adorable little shooter glasses with a cookie on top.  Talk about party perfect presentation.  These may find their way to my Christmas party this year.    This is an amazing creamy chocolate cocktail with smooth and rich caramel highlights throughout.  You are going to love this!  Remember... you can skip the shooter glasses and pour these into martini glasses (serves 2 martini glasses).  Don't forget to check us out on Facebook - ...

The White Russian is a fantastic creamy cocktail.  Only 3 simple ingredients and oh so delicious.  Just ask "The Dude".  The White Russian is synonymous with the 1998 movie The Big Lebowski.  You know...  "I'm the Dude. So that's what you call me. That, or His Dudeness … Duder … or El Duderino, if, you know, you're not into the whole brevity thing." Vodka, Kahlua and cream come together to create this fabulous cocktail.  We use International Delight french vanilla creamer to kick the flavor up a notch and add more body.  It adds a hint of sweetness and just the right vanilla flavor. I have a feeling "The Dude" would approve! I especially love this one served as a Frozen White Russian.  Take 1 cup of ice, vodka, Kahlua and creamer and blend in blender or mini food processor (like a bullet) until ice is fine. Serve and enjoy.  Oh this is fantastic!  You are going to love it, or do you think you love the Black Russian more?...

  While I was out in the garden yesterday watching Chad and Munchkin fly kites it occurred to me...  It is certainly Spring.   If I don't embrace it, I am going to miss it!  Spring is one of my kegemarane times of year.   Being from Florida, Spring is not just a season it is a fabulous celebration.  People come from all around and flock to the beaches in Florida.  Vacationers party their hearts out in celebration of a break from everything responsible. There is nothing like planning a party with custom cocktails.  Mix up a pitcher for your adult party this summer. Chad and I are International Delight creamer lovers from way back (we are so excited to be partnering with them again) and long before we were creating recipes with it we were using it in our coffee.  Back then, hands down, French Vanilla was our kesukaane flavor to add to our hazelnut coffee.  It is truly divine.  It is national coffee month and we are so excited to hear how you like to flavor your coffee.  Which International Delight flavor is your kesukaane?
