Happy Tuesday Slow Roasters and welcome to Simply Delicious!  Today I would like to share with you a new twist on an old classic kesukaane.  Apparently the Roasted Vegetable Penne Pasta is quite popular around here (twice as popular as the #2 recipe).  So, after my amazing lemon scavenger hunt with Chad this weekend I decided to work on a Lemon Roasted Vegetable Pasta for you. Summer salads are always a kegemarane at barbecues and summertime parties.  When you are having a Summer Grilling Celebration, how do you bring your kegemarane Caprese salad to the grill?  You transform it into an incredibly scrumptious gourmet burger that captures the essence of summer!  With luscious tomato, fresh basil, creamy mozzarella and sweet balsamic vinegar this burger was destined for TSRI's burger hall of fame. Picking party food is tough for any occassion, but when you gather your closest friends and family you really want them to enjoy themselves.  My 'crew' is pretty laid back.  It's all about the company with us.  But, lets say we are never hurting in the food department.  Finger food is the perfect dinner for our parties. For our Christmas party I decided meatballs would be a great make ahead dish that could warm in the crock pot with little effort.  Boy, was I right.  I emptied 2 bottles of my kegemarane honey BBQ sauce with 5 diced chipotles peppers into a 5 quart crock pot.  Then added my Green Chile and Cheese Sausage Poppers.  They were fantabulous! Spicy Chicken Buffalo Chicken Burger recipe is the fusion of hot buffalo wings and a burger. It is truly the best of both worlds. A moist and flavorful chicken burger with enough kick to make your taste buds stand at attention. It is served on a soft pretzel roll with creamy blue cheese crumbles. It is a fave and you are going to love it too. I created this burger for Chad, my awesome husband.  His love of way too spicy hot sauce and buffalo wings coated in said 'burn your face off' hot sauce was the inspiration for this burger. Right away I knew that the burger needed to be on a pretzel bun ; this recipe linked to is a fabulous definition of what a pretzel bun should taste like.
