We have been noticing the signs of fall creeping up on us, the sun is setting earlier, the temps are dropping below 80 at night and I have cookies on the brain. I could probably do an entire cookie month with all the cookies I am wanting to bake. Chad the creative and wonderful cocktail artist that he is, designed this fabulous Chocolate Caramel Cookie Cocktail just to satisfy my cookie cravings. He served these up in adorable little shooter glasses with a cookie on top. Talk about party perfect presentation. These may find their way to my Christmas party this year. This is an amazing creamy chocolate cocktail with smooth and rich caramel highlights throughout. You are going to love this!
